These Terms of Service govern your use of empireofdesign.com and any services purchased from empireofdesign ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

empireofdesign provides digital design services as described on our website. All deliverables are provided digitally. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverable details are confirmed at time of purchase.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at time of order. Orders are processed via Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Prices are in USD.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally. Delivery timelines are defined per package and confirmed in writing before work starts.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to communication within 5 business days, and supply required materials as requested. Delays caused by late provision may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final design deliverables become your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to courts of Sonoma County, California.
