All empireofdesign services are digital. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when we deliver.
1. Delivery Methods
Deliverables are provided via email, shared Figma files, Google Drive, or direct transfer in agreed formats confirmed during kick-off.
2. Start of Work
Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. A kick-off call is scheduled within that window.
3. Typical Timelines
- Foundation ($2,240.75): 14 business days
- Momentum ($4,875.50): 28 business days
- Dominion ($9,450.25): 56 business days (phased delivery)
4. Client Responsibility
Timely delivery requires prompt feedback from your side. We notify you of any delay and its cause.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed when final files are shared. If you do not receive expected deliverables by the agreed date, contact hello@empireofdesign.com.
